Information We Collect
We may collect name, address, email, phone, date of birth, SSN or SSN last four, account numbers, Record ID, creditor and debt information, payment records, dispute details, portal credentials, device data, IP address, and usage logs.
Sources
Information may come from you, original creditors, account sellers, servicers, payment processors, service providers, public records, courts, attorneys, consumer reporting agencies where permitted, and records generated by our systems.
How We Use It
We use information to verify identity, display account records, process payments, review disputes, manage communication preferences, maintain security, comply with law, support litigation review, and operate the business.
How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email, security, analytics, payment processing, records management, legal review, and customer support. We may also share information with creditors, account owners or sellers, payment processors, consumer reporting agencies where permitted, courts, attorneys, regulators, law enforcement, or others when required or allowed by law. We furnish credit reporting data for eligible accounts where permitted and subject to dispute, accuracy, and state-specific controls. Collection activity is limited by the approved state operating matrix and state-specific legal review.
We do not sell portal account information. We do not share nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing unless we first provide any notice and opt-out required by law.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect sensitive information. The application stores certain sensitive fields in encrypted form and uses hashed values for exact-match lookup. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
Payments
Online card payments are handled by Stripe or another payment processor. We receive transaction status and limited payment metadata, but payment card handling is controlled by the processor's systems and policies.
Cookies and Logs
The site may use cookies, session storage, CSRF tokens, emailed login codes, and logs to protect portal access, detect abuse, and understand basic site performance.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for account servicing, dispute handling, payment records, litigation holds, legal compliance, audits, security, and legitimate business purposes.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to update portal information, ask privacy questions, request electronic communication opt-out, or submit a dispute or correction request. Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected]. Disputes may be sent to [email protected] or through the portal. Additional state privacy rights may apply depending on where you live and the type of information involved.
Children
The portal is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect online account information from children.
